Some examples of our recent matters include:

Advising a cooperative research centre on its corporate and governance structure, which included drafting the company constitution and establishment documents. Also, advising on Commonwealth funding agreements, trust arrangements, project agreements, student scholarship agreements and intellectual property arrangements.

Providing advice to a not for profit disability service provider on governance as well as updating the association’s constitution.

Providing advice to a not for profit mining association on transitioning from an association to a company limited by guarantee as well as advising on risk management.
